AFC RBG   0   St Michaels F C   9     Game played on 24/11/13

St Michaels were expecting an easy ride into the last 16 of the Arnold & May Cup against AFC Royal Borough of Greenwich and this was proved to be the case when in the first minute Adam Fahy was brought down in the box and Dan Tarrant converted the penalty.2 minutes later a long ball from Jack Jolly gave Dan Tarrant his second and 3 minutes later another Jack Jolly pass saw Adam Fahy make it        0 – 3.

The scoring continued in the 14th minute when a Dan Tarrant cross was dropped by the keeper and Danny Baptiste tapped in. After 22 minutes another Jack Jolly pass saw Dan Tarrant get his Hat Trick. The one way traffic continued without any further score until in the 45th minute a Dan Tarrant pass led to Danny Baptiste getting his second goal. The score at Half Time was 0 – 6 to St Michaels.

The second half continued as the first and in the 55th minute a Ben Baptiste corner was headed in by Sam Meade. With 30 minutes remaining Ben Baptiste hobbled off to be replaced by Ronnie Mewes. On 65 minutes a breakaway from RBG led to a goal being disallowed. With 5 minutes remaining an Adam Fahy cross saw Billy Porter score his first goal for the club and the final goal was probably the best when a great long range shot from Arran Amer flew into the net. This left the final score at  0 - 9 to St Michaels.

Whilst this was an easy game for St Michaels all of the team performed well with the Man of the Match award going to Jack Jolly for a superb display in the middle of the park.
