Home league match played on 07 October 2012.
Kicked off at 2:00 PM

Another 3 points, another win and another Hatrick! After a jittery opening couple of minuets when we looked scared of the ball, we took hold of the game and started to take the game to Brentwood Ath. Some good build up play followed by a neat one - two between Callum and Jack saw us take the lead when Callum finished the move with a neat finish into the corner after just 5 mins. We were in total control of the game with Brentwood chasing shadows. our second goal was worked from the back to front with a very fluent move which saw Jack finish well into the bottom corner after a slide rule pass through the defence from Lewis on 13 mins. Just 3 mins later it was 3-0! connor cashing in on an effort from lewis which bounced around in the six yard box. The pressure continued on Brentwood with the Kray twins (connor & Callum) terrifiying the fullbacks of Brentwood with their speed and skills.Callum was at his best when he scored his second goal of the game when he went on a mazy run beating players, and one player twice before tucking the ball into the net! Andrew Mulholland was doing what he does best, winning a challenge in the middle of the park only to be blown up for a free kick and a yellow card! (Think the ref got that one wrong). Half time 4-0

Second half started at a canter with Ryan getting his 1st goal for the team on 49 mins after a scramble in the goalmouth from a corner, the shots just wouldnt go in but it dropped to ryan 10 yards out and he looked very pleased to ram it home to make it 5-0. There was then a period of time when we battered Brentwood but they held firm with 11 players defending like their life depended on it. But we were not to be shut out.........Callum and Brad combined on the left before Brad unleashed a cracking shot which went high into the goal from the edge of the box! 6-0 and well deserved scoreline for a team playing as well as we were. Lewis having the space on the pitch to get shots off, was unlucky not to get one this week. Gerald cracking a header onto the crossbar........... Brad rattling the bar with another effort. It was all one way traffic. Our defence was commanding at the back with Sam Barking orders at his fellow defenders.  The final goal of the game came in the last minuet. Lewis with a driving run into the box, cutting it back for Callum to complete his hatrick and make it 7-0. Another Clean sheet was shared between Harry and Tyler who showed their versatility by swaping positions at half time (goalkeeper and centre half)Taylor again impressed with his commitment and desire. But today the Man of the Match went to Callum for his goals and his skills going forward.
