Home league match played on 07 October 2012.
Kicked off at 10:00 AM

This game started with what can only be described as a dickhead camp.

Four people texting saying that they was going to be late. one being the most important player the GK. How in GOD’s name he thinks that it would only take 30mins to get a bus for town to Urmston, get his stuff, get his car then drive to sale was beyond me. (Not a good start). This was followed up by having no keys to get in the changing rooms and no nets to put up. This caused 16 players to fanny around for 45mins deciding whether or not to get changed.

With Adam and Mike stressed out, foxy and another local team came to the rescue, bringing us the vital equipment we needed.

The match starts with Trafford playing a 4.5.1 formation leaving us with three subs on the bench. Well two subs due to Claffy copying Connors previous appearance, being so pissed that he couldn’t bring himself to even open his eyes let alone play the match.

It was a scrappy game with neither side wanting to make a successful pass to their own team, but in the 10th min we got a free kick crossed in by Jonny M and scored by Mike F. Not the best goal but it put us in front.

The Bird ended up getting one back due to lack of concentration and my thought where that this was going to be a long game, but for some reason things started to come together. With some good play down the left hand side we started creating chances all created from the back four.  For the first time this season the ball was moving and we looked like a team that could score a goal. Its hard to name names due to all players adding to each move created.

After half time we carried on playing the same style of football the only thing was that the ball wasn’t going in the net.

In the 75th min Jonny M picked up the ball on the right-hand side and switched the play about 40yard to Connor who was a threat all game, he brought it down on his chest and pushed it in front of him. We all thought that he had taken it to far, but as the keeper approached with some quick feet he adjusted and played it round the GK to score a very good Goal. (2.1 TRAFFORD)

The 3rd goal came just after in the 85th min, identical to the 2nd goal a long pass to Connor Found it space on the left hand side. He had a good first touch out of his feet, then as the GK approached he slid a class ball just in front of Chappy  to finish it first time. (3.1 TRAFFORD)

The game was coming to an end with Claffy warming up on the sideline and with Matt J having a good game a right back I thought that it would only be fare if Claffy had 30seconds on the pitch. (Claffys stats 0 Attempts on goal, 0 successful passes, 0 touches) GOOD GAME CLAFFY.

Next Game = Trafford VS Partington
