AFC Northfield were founded in 2012 and is made up of people from the North Hull area. There opening season was in the Hull Amateur Division 2 winning the league in style not losing a game and only drawing 1. That season also saw Northfield reach the County cup final but they unfortunately came off second best in that encounter.
Season two saw Northfield skip a league and go straight to the Hull Amateur Premier League. This was again a successful season only losing out on the league by goal difference, this season also saw misery in yet another final to the team that pipped them to the league.Northfield will start the 2014-15 season in a new league as they have moved in to the East Riding County League and will face a tough test starting in Division 1.
