The Issl Manchester Division 2 is a regional amateur football league in the North West of England. It is one of the lower divisions of the Issl, which is a national amateur football league.
The league consists of 12 teams and plays a double round robin format. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to the Issl Manchester Division 1, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Issl Manchester Division 3.
