Alkerton Rangers 1sts are a Saturday football team made up of 20 team members.
The team is from Eastington, Gloucestershire, United Kingdom and play in the Stroud & District 5.
Alkerton Rangers 1sts started using TeamStats in September 2009.
Alkerton Rangers was formed in 1970 by Dennis Cumberland (Chairman), George Fryer (Secretary) and Bill Aldridge (Treasurer). They ran as one team until 1992 when the popularity of the team grew to such an extent that the Second team was formed; The First Reserves.
Alkerton Rangers have always been in the Stroud & District League.
The team actively encourages and recruits lads from Eastington and over the 39 years of history, many talented players from the locality have played for Alkerton Rangers.

Junc 13 off of the M5, head towards Stonehouse at Little Chef R/about head for Eastington (3rd exit), follow rd up the hill, you will come to a r/about with the Kings Head pub directly in front of you, go right at the r/about, travel for approx 750 yards, on your left will be a farm, you will see a double gate to the right of the bungalow, go through these gates down a narrow track for 100 yards, our pitch is here.
Other route:
A38 depending on which way your travelling take the turning for Eastington at the traffic lights (AVPS car sales and hire) travel for approx 1/2 mile (over motorway), the farm is on your right hand side.
