Attleborough Town Football Club is a football club based in Attleborough, Norfolk, England. They are currently members of the Anglian Combination Premier Division, the ninth tier of English football.
The club was founded in 1890 and have played at their current home ground, The Hollow, since 1922. They have won the Anglian Combination Premier Division on three occasions, in 1995, 2001 and 2019.
History
Attleborough Town were founded in 1890 and played in the Norfolk & Suffolk League until 1972, when they joined the Eastern Counties League. They won the league in 1977 and were promoted to the Isthmian League.
Attleborough Town spent two seasons in the Isthmian League before being relegated back to the Eastern Counties League. They remained in the league until 1995, when they won the league and were promoted to the Anglian Combination.
Attleborough Town have won the Anglian Combination Premier Division on three occasions, in 1995, 2001 and 2019. They have also won the Norfolk Senior Cup on four occasions, in 1995, 2001, 2019 and 2022.
Recent seasons
Attleborough Town finished third in the Anglian Combination Premier Division in 2021-22. They are currently in second place in the league, as of August 2023.
