Benfleet Reserves are a football team based in Benfleet, Essex, England. They are currently members of the Mid-Essex Football League Division One, and play their home games at the Benfleet Recreation Ground.
The team was formed in 1979 as a reserve team for Benfleet Town, and initially played in the Essex & Suffolk Border League. They joined the Mid-Essex Football League in 1988, and have since won the league championship on two occasions (1995-96 and 2006-07).
Benfleet Reserves have also reached the final of the Mid-Essex League Cup on three occasions, but have never won the competition.
