Bentong Chinese FC was founded in 1948 by a group of Chinese Malaysians who were passionate about football. The team's first ever match was against a team from Kuala Lumpur, which Bentong Chinese FC won 2-1.
The team has won several trophies over the years, including the Pahang State League in 1960 and 1961. Bentong Chinese FC also reached the final of the Malaysia Cup in 1962, but lost to Selangor FA.
Recent seasons
Bentong Chinese FC have not been as successful in recent years, and have been playing in the lower divisions of Malaysian football. However, the team is still very popular in Bentong, and has a strong following of supporters.
