Buntingford Cougars is a youth football team based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. The team was founded in 1997 and currently has teams in the U7, U8, U9, U10, U11, U12, U13, U14, U15, and U16 age groups.

The team is affiliated with the High Wycombe Community Board and plays its home games at the Ryecroft Playing Fields. The team's colors are red and black.

History

Buntingford Cougars was founded in 1997 by a group of parents who wanted to provide their children with the opportunity to play football in a fun and competitive environment. The team started with just one team in the U7 age group, but has since grown to include teams in all age groups from U7 to U16.

The team has enjoyed a great deal of success over the years, winning numerous trophies and medals. In 2019, the U12 team won the Bucks County Cup, the U13 team won the Berks & Bucks County Cup, and the U14 team won the Berks & Bucks League Cup.

Current Season

The Buntingford Cougars are currently in the middle of their 2023-2024 season. The team is having a great season, with all of the teams currently in contention for trophies.

The U7 team is currently top of their league, the U8 team is in second place, the U9 team is in third place, the U10 team is in fourth place, the U11 team is in fifth place, the U12 team is in sixth place, the U13 team is in seventh place, the U14 team is in eighth place, the U15 team is in ninth place, and the U16 team is in tenth place.
