City Life FC was founded in 2010 by a group of friends who wanted to play competitive football together. The team started out in the Cambridgeshire Sunday League and quickly rose through the divisions. In 2017, the team moved to the Cambridgeshire County League and has been playing there ever since.
The team has had some success in recent years, winning the Cambridgeshire County League Division 3 title in 2019. The team is currently looking to improve on their recent form and move up to a higher division.

City Life FC are currently in their second season in the Cambridgeshire County League Division 2. The team is currently in 10th place in the table, with 10 points from 8 games.
