History
Common FC United was founded in 2010 by fans of Common FC, who were unhappy with the way the club was being run. The club's first game was a friendly against AFC Fylde on 24 July 2010, which Common FC United won 2-1. The club's first competitive game was a league match against Brighouse Town on 14 August 2010, which Common FC United won 1-0.
Common FC United has since gone on to win promotion to the Northern Premier League Division One East in 2013, and the Northern Premier League Premier Division in 2018. The club has also reached the FA Vase final on two occasions, in 2015 and 2019.
Stadium
Common FC United plays its home games at the Anchovy Station Community Stadium. The stadium has a capacity of 2,500 spectators.
