More about the team

Cringleford Old Boys was formed in August 2013 following on from the success of Cringleford Vets who play in the Norfolk Veterans League.

After a rebuilding programme during 2012 many of the older players found that they were not getting a game and the easiest way of ensuring regular football was to create a new team and start in the lower leagues of Norfolk & Suffolk where it was anticipated that competition would not be as fierce. Hence Cringleford Old Boys was borne.

After two successful seasons in the Norfolk and Suffolk Leagues including one promotion the team switched to the Norfolk League in 2015 to reduce travel time to games.
