The team was founded in 2009 and has won the NCYFL U18 Premier Division title twice, in 2016-17 and 2018-19. They have also reached the final of the Norfolk Junior Cup on three occasions, winning in 2017-18.
The team's home ground is the Cromer Recreation Ground. They have a strong youth development system and have produced a number of players who have gone on to play for professional clubs, including Norwich City and Ipswich Town.
