Deerness Valley Storm is a football team based in Ushaw Moor, Durham, England. They were founded in 2003 and currently play in the Wearside Football League.
The team's home ground is the Sir Bobby Robson Centre, which is located at the Durham Community Business College. They also have a training ground at Framwellgate Moor School.
History
Deerness Valley Storm were founded in 2003 by Craig's Coaching, a local football coaching company. The team started out in the Russell Foster Youth Leagues, before moving up to the Wearside Football League in 2012.
The team have had some success in recent years, winning the Wearside Football League Cup in 2017 and 2018. They also reached the final of the Wearside Football League Trophy in 2019.
