EF Old Boys was founded in 1947 by former players of East Finchley Football Club. The team's first home ground was at the Manor Ground in East Finchley. In 1970, the team moved to its current home ground at the Woodside Recreation Ground.
EF Old Boys has won the Middlesex County Football League Division One on four occasions, in 1973, 1985, 1993, and 2018. The team has also won the Middlesex FA Senior Cup on two occasions, in 1974 and 1985.
