The Sutton District Division 4 is a football league in the West Midlands, England. The league is affiliated to the Sutton & District Sunday League. The league consists of 10 teams and plays its matches on Saturdays. The current champions are Erdington Elite F.C.
The league is divided into two divisions, the Premier Division and Division 1. The Premier Division is the top division and consists of the strongest teams in the league. Division 1 is the second division and consists of the remaining teams.
The league season runs from September to May. Each team plays each other team twice, once at home and once away.
