The club was founded in 1950 and is named after the initials of the founders: Vlado, Leka, Lavdim, and Lulzim.

FC VLLL-5 has won the SHKOLLA EMIN DURAKU SHTIME league championship 10 times, most recently in 2022. They have also won the Kosovo Cup 6 times, most recently in 2021.

The club's home stadium is the Qemal Stafa Stadium in Shtime. The stadium has a capacity of 10,000 spectators.

The club's most famous player is Fatos Beqiraj, who played for the club from 1990 to 2000. Beqiraj was capped 50 times for the Kosovo national team and scored 10 goals.

The SHKOLLA EMIN DURAKU SHTIME football league is the top division of football in Kosovo. It is named after the Albanian poet and writer Emin Duraku.

The league was founded in 1947 and is currently contested by 12 teams. The season runs from August to May, with each team playing each other twice.

The winner of the league is crowned champions of Kosovo and qualifies for the UEFA Champions League. The second and third placed teams qualify for the UEFA Europa Conference League.
