Gillingham Ladies Football Team is a youth team that competes in the Football League Youth Alliance - Devon Clubs league. The team is based in Gillingham, Kent, and is affiliated with Gillingham Football Club.
The team was founded in 2007 and currently competes in the U18s Merit League 1. The team has won the league title once, in 2019-20.

The team trains at the University of Kent at Canterbury and plays its home games at Beechings Cross.
