Hardex Football Club is a professional football club based in Hardex, a city in the Netherlands. The club was founded in 1970 and currently competes in the Eerste Divisie, the second tier of Dutch football.

History

Hardex was founded in 1970 by a group of local businessmen.
The club's first season in the Eerste Divisie was in 1972.
Hardex won the Eerste Divisie in 1980 and was promoted to the Eredivisie.
The club's best finish in the Eredivisie was third place in 1981.
Hardex was relegated back to the Eerste Divisie in 1985.
The club has not returned to the Eredivisie since.

Stadium

Hardex's home stadium is the Hardex Stadion, which has a capacity of 10,000 spectators.
