More about the team

Welcome to the website of Intotheblue FC - Formerly Hartlepool's most successful six a side football team and now a Sunday morning league 11 a side team.

Intotheblue FC were formed in 2007 by current manager Michael Carroll and were formerly known as Neversaydie FC. The Intotheblue FC name came about as result of the unofficial Hartlepool United football fans messageboard - Intotheblue - The team originally comprised of messageboard posters from Intotheblue and to this day still retains a couple of original players from when the team was formed.

Since 2007 Intotheblue FC have had a very successful time winning the Thursday night league three times, and also the Cup twice, breaking long existing league records in the process (most points in a season - 51 from 51, most goals in a season - 172, longest unbeaten - 54 league and cup games and highest score in one game - 22-1! The team has also won the Monday night Cup and second division way back in the early days of 2007! ITB FC has also travelled to Sheffield for the prestigious Six a Side national Champion of Champions Tournament in July 2010 and were very unlucky not to come away as national champions after being very unluckily knocked out in the quarter-finals on penalties! Not bad really - from the second division of the Hartlepool league to being one of the top eight teams in the country in 3 years!

After a 6 months break in 2012, ITB FC have returned as an 11 a side team being elected into the Hartlepool sunday morning league, starting in the 2nd division.
