Junior Hoops U7 Dragons train once a week on a Saturday morning. They also play matches against other teams in the EAFL league on a Sunday. The team has had a successful start to the season, winning their first four matches.

The team is coached by two experienced coaches, who are passionate about helping children develop their football skills. The coaches create a positive and supportive environment for the players, and they focus on teaching the players the basics of football in a fun and engaging way.
