The team was formed in 2016 as a recreational side for players who wanted to continue playing football after leaving Longlevens AFC's senior teams. They have since gone on to become one of the most successful teams in the league, winning the Division 3 title in 2017-18 and the Division 2 title in 2018-19.
The team is currently managed by Paul Williams, who has been in charge since 2016. The squad is made up of a mix of experienced and younger players, and they are known for their attacking style of play.
Longlevens 5ths play their home games at Longford Lane, Longlevens. Their next match is against Leonard Stanley Reserves on Saturday 1 October 2023.
