Lymington Sprites YFC was founded in 1972 by a group of local parents. The club started with just one team, but has grown steadily over the years and now has teams for players aged 7-15.
The club has won a number of trophies over the years, including the Hampshire FA Junior Cup in 2008 and the Wessex Football League Cup in 2019.
Recent Season
The 2022-23 season was a successful one for Lymington Sprites YFC. The club's U12 team won the Bournemouth Youth Football League title, while the U13 team won the Wessex Football League Cup.
The club's U18 team also had a good season, finishing third in the COSYFL Premier Division.
Future Plans
Lymington Sprites YFC is looking to continue to grow and develop in the coming years. The club is hoping to expand its youth teams and also start a women's team.
The club is also looking to improve its facilities at Woodside Park.
