History
Molino won their first major trophy in 1993, when they won the Copa Federación de Andalucía. They have also won the División de Honor Andaluza on three occasions, in 2004, 2007, and 2016.
Molino's most successful season came in 2016-17, when they finished third in the Tercera División and qualified for the promotion playoffs to Segunda División B. However, they were knocked out in the first round by Real Jaén.
