The Cobblers' youth team competes in the Football League Youth Alliance - Devon Clubs league. The league is a regional league for youth teams of clubs in Devon and Cornwall. The Cobblers' youth team has won the league title on two occasions, in 2017-18 and 2022-23.

The Football League Youth Alliance - Devon Clubs is a regional league for youth teams of clubs in Devon and Cornwall. The league was founded in 2012 and is currently sponsored by AOC Sports. The league consists of two divisions, Division One and Division Two.
The top four teams in Division One at the end of the season qualify for the Football League Youth Alliance National Play-Offs. The winners of the National Play-Offs are promoted to the Professional Development League.
