Old Southendian Reserves is a football team based in Southend-on-Sea, England. They play in the ProKit UK Essex Olympian Football League, which is at the ninth level of the English football league system.
The team was founded in 1974 as a reserve team for Old Southendian, who play in the Isthmian League Division One North. Old Southendian Reserves have won the Essex Olympian League Division One on three occasions, in 1995–96, 2001–02, and 2016–17.
The team's home ground is Old Southendian Recreation Ground, which has a capacity of 500 spectators.

ProKit UK Essex Olympian Football League
The ProKit UK Essex Olympian Football League is an English football league founded in 1985. It is at the ninth level of the English football league system, and is divided into two divisions, Division One and Division Two.
The league champions are promoted to the Isthmian League Division One North, while the bottom two teams in Division One are relegated to Division Two. The winners of Division Two are promoted to Division One, while the bottom two teams in Division Two are relegated to the Essex Senior League.
The current league champions are Barkingside, who won the title in 2021–22.
