ABOUT US

OSOMAX FC SOBEA is a community-based grassroots football club founded on 15 June 2026 in Sobea, Nakuru County, Kenya. The club is officially registered under Registration No. OMX0FC2026/001.

The club was established by Phelix Osowo, Founder and Patron, with the vision of using football as a powerful tool to transform the lives of young people and strengthen the Sobea community.

At OSOMAX FC SOBEA, we believe football is more than just a sport—it is a platform for building discipline, leadership, confidence, teamwork, and responsible citizenship. Our club provides a safe and supportive environment where young players can develop their football skills while growing into productive members of society.

One of the main reasons for establishing the club was to help address challenges affecting the community, including insecurity, drug and substance abuse, youth idleness, and the limited opportunities available for talented young footballers. Through regular training, mentorship, education, and participation in competitive football, we aim to guide our players toward a brighter future.

The club currently consists of dedicated officials and 28 registered players aged between 11 and 15 years, all committed to discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement. We strive to identify and nurture football talent that can progress to higher levels of competition while encouraging academic excellence and good character.

We are committed to working closely with parents, schools, community leaders, sponsors, and partners to create lasting opportunities for our youth. Together, we believe we can build a safer community, inspire hope, and develop future football champions.
