Papus FC is a Peruvian football club based in Tarapoto, San Martín. The club was founded in 1996 and currently plays in the Copa Perú, the third tier of Peruvian football.
History
Papus FC was founded in 1996 by a group of friends who wanted to create a football club in Tarapoto. The club quickly rose through the ranks of the Peruvian football pyramid, reaching the Copa Perú in 2001. Papus FC has never won the Copa Perú, but they have reached the final on two occasions, in 2001 and 2015.

Papus FC plays its home matches at the Estadio Municipal de Tarapoto, which has a capacity of 10,000 spectators.
