History
The club was founded in 1972 by a group of friends who worked at the Rifleman Joiners factory in Stafford. The club has since played in a number of different leagues, including the Staffordshire County League and the Mid-Staffordshire Football League.
The club's most successful period was in the 1980s, when they won the Staffordshire County League Cup in 1983 and 1985. They also reached the final of the Mid-Staffordshire Football League Cup in 1987.
