Rockland Vets was formed by Steve Graves in 2005 after a boozy night in The Angel Public House in Larling, Norfolk.
Gravesy was manager of Rockland United Reserves & had a few 'older' guys that played for the Reserves & with a great youth system at Rocklands, us old gits needed somewhere to play.
The Vets was formed !
In our first season we were the whipping boys of the league BUT we won our first Trophy in the Over 40's cup !
This season 2008/09, were not doing to bad & with a regular 15 players the season looks promising.
2011/12 Season
After a few manager changes in the last couple of years we have Gerald 'Ger' Pearce at the helm.
Ger was manager last season & as he is this season, we got promotion to the 'Priemier League'
which will be a BIG challange for us all.
We have a great signing in Glen 'sharpy' Sharp, which is a fantastic signing for the whole club.
