The league consists of 16 teams, who play each other twice in a season. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to the North West Counties League, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Westmorland League.
The Hansens Under 25 League is a competitive league with a good standard of football. It is a great opportunity for young players to develop their skills and experience.
