Spennymoor Town Ladies First Football Team
Spennymoor Town Ladies First is a football team based in Spennymoor, County Durham, England. They currently play in the North East Regional Women's Football League (NERWFL) Premier Division.
The team was founded in 2004 and has since won the NERWFL Premier Division on two occasions (2016-17 and 2018-19). They have also reached the final of the FA Women's National League Northern Division Cup on two occasions (2017-18 and 2018-19).
The team's home ground is the Brewery Field, which is also the home of Spennymoor Town's men's team. The team's current manager is Andy Johnson.

The North East Regional Women's Football League (NERWFL) is a football league for women's teams in the north east of England. It was founded in 1998 and currently has 12 teams in its Premier Division.
The NERWFL is a feeder league to the FA Women's National League Northern Division. The top two teams in the NERWFL Premier Division are promoted to the FA Women's National League Northern Division at the end of each season.
The NERWFL is a competitive league and has produced a number of players who have gone on to play for England at international level.
