Stone Old Alleynians Football Club is a football club based in Stone, Staffordshire, England. The club plays in the Midland League Premier Division. The club is affiliated to the Staffordshire Football Association.
The club was founded in 1962 by a group of former pupils of Alleyne's Grammar School, Stone. The club's first team started playing in Division 4 of the Stafford Amateur League. They won promotion to Division 3 in their second season, and then to Division 2 the following season. In 1970-71, the club won the Division 2 title and were promoted to the Midland League.
Stone Old Alleynians have won the Midland League Premier Division title three times, in 1971-72, 1978-79, and 2007-08. They have also won the Staffordshire Senior Cup twice, in 1979 and 2008.
The club's home ground is Stone Sports Centre, which has a capacity of 1,500 spectators.
Recent History
Stone Old Alleynians finished the 2022-23 season in 10th place in the Midland League Premier Division. They reached the semi-finals of the Staffordshire Senior Cup, where they lost to Brocton.
The club's current manager is Lee Nolan. He was appointed in 2021.
