History
Tanzania Warriors FC was founded in 1985 by a group of Tanzanian immigrants who settled in Ambala. The team quickly rose through the ranks of the local football leagues and eventually reached the Haryana State League in 1995.
The team has won the Haryana State League on three occasions, in 2000, 2005, and 2010. They have also reached the final of the Durand Cup on two occasions, in 2002 and 2006.
