TJ Junior Praha is a football team based in Prague, Czech Republic. The team was founded in 1960 and currently competes in the Prague Metropolitan League, the fourth tier of Czech football.
The team's home ground is the TJ Junior Praha Stadium, which has a capacity of 1,000 spectators.
History
TJ Junior Praha was founded in 1960 by a group of local football enthusiasts. The team quickly rose through the ranks of the Czech football pyramid and reached the top flight in 1970.
The team remained in the top flight for the next 10 years, but they were relegated in 1980. TJ Junior Praha has never returned to the top flight since then.
Recent seasons
TJ Junior Praha has been competing in the Prague Metropolitan League since 2010. The team has finished in the top half of the table in recent seasons, but they have not challenged for promotion to the third tier.
In the 2022-23 season, TJ Junior Praha finished in 7th place in the Prague Metropolitan League.
