Treino Football Club is a Brazilian football club based in Palhoca, Santa Catarina. The club was founded in 1978 and currently competes in the Campeonato Catarinense Série A2.
History
Treino FC was founded in 1978 by a group of friends who wanted to create a football club in Palhoca. The club started playing in the local leagues and quickly rose through the ranks. In 2005, Treino FC won the Campeonato Catarinense Série B and was promoted to the Campeonato Catarinense Série A1. The club has remained in the top flight of Catarinense football ever since.
Treino FC's best season came in 2010, when the club finished third in the Campeonato Catarinense Série A1. The club also reached the semi-finals of the Copa Santa Catarina in 2010 and 2011.

Treino FC plays its home matches at the Estádio Municipal de Palhoca. The stadium has a capacity of 10,000 spectators.
