The team was founded in 2005 and currently consists of around 20 players. They train at Rotary Recreation Ground in Worthing on a Tuesday and Thursday evening.
The team has been very successful in recent years, winning the SIACYL U14 Colts Division 1 title in 2020-21. They have also reached the final of the SIACYL Cup on two occasions.
The team is managed by Mark Smith, who has been involved in youth football for over 20 years. He is assisted by a team of coaches, including Andy Brown, Paul Green and Steve Smith.
The team is sponsored by a number of local businesses, including Saywell International, Rotary Club of Worthing and Hill Barn Recreation Ground.

The league runs a number of cup competitions, including the Saywell International Cup, the Arun and Chichester Cup and the Sussex Youth Cup.
