History
Kilnamanagh AFC was founded in 1972 by a group of local residents. The club initially competed in the Dublin Junior League, before moving up to the Dublin Intermediate League in 1982. In 1992, Kilnamanagh AFC won promotion to the Dublin Senior League for the first time.
The club has never won the Dublin Senior League title, but they have been runners-up on three occasions (1994, 2004, and 2019). Kilnamanagh AFC has also won the Dublin Senior Cup on two occasions (1995 and 2004).
