Pike Girls U12s Football Team

The Pike Girls U12s football team is a youth team based in Limerick, Ireland. The team was founded in 2020 and currently competes in the Munster Girls League.

Team History

• In 2022, the team won the Munster Girls League Cup.
• The team has also won several other trophies, including the Limerick District League Cup and the Limerick Schools Cup.

Team Players

• The team is made up of 12 players, all of whom are aged 11 or 12 years old.
• The players come from all over Limerick, and represent a diverse range of backgrounds.

Team Coaches

• The team is coached by two experienced coaches, John Kiely and Mike O'Connell.
• Kiely is the senior hurling manager for Limerick, and O'Connell is a former professional footballer.

Team Goals

• The team's goal is to continue to develop and improve, and to compete for more trophies in the future.
• The team also hopes to inspire other girls in Limerick to take up football.
