The Williams Lake Ladies Soccer Beamac team was founded in 1995 by a group of women who wanted to play soccer in a competitive environment. The team has since won several championships, including the Williams Lake Women's Soccer League title in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018.
The team has also competed in the provincial championships on several occasions, and has finished as runners-up twice.
