Y-Nots Football Club is an Australian semi-professional soccer club based in Parramatta, New South Wales. The club was founded in 1974 and currently competes in the National Premier Leagues NSW 2.
History
Y-Nots Football Club was founded in 1974 by a group of friends who wanted to play competitive soccer in Parramatta. The club initially competed in local leagues, but in 1982 they were promoted to the New South Wales State League. Y-Nots remained in the State League until 1997, when they were promoted to the National Soccer League. The club spent two seasons in the NSL before being relegated back to the State League. In 2004, Y-Nots were promoted to the newly formed New South Wales Premier League. The club has remained in the Premier League ever since, and in 2018 they were promoted to the National Premier Leagues NSW 2.
Stadium
Y-Nots Football Club plays their home games at Valentine Sports Park in Parramatta. The stadium has a capacity of 10,000 spectators.
