The English top flight campaign was another thrilling one and Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta finally got his wish to finish in top spot and lift the Premier League title trophy after a number of years of missing out and finishing in second spot. Plenty of neutrals were already keeping a close eye on Manchester City given all their changes and we now know serial winner Pep Guardiola will not be leading them into the coming season.

With a move such as this though and some teams already now beginning to go home from the competition, fans can expect speculation rumour mill claims to soon be either completely disproved, or to begin to start sailing through with announcements made.
Plenty of time left yet though, and ages before managers even begin to think of their starting line ups for the big first day opening kick off.
