The 4 Liga Ofl Veles is the fourth tier of the Macedonian football league system. It is a regional league, consisting of teams from the Veles area. The current champions are FK Mladost.

History

The 4 Liga Ofl Veles was founded in 1961. The original name of the league was the "4ta Makedonska Liga - Veles". The league was renamed to the "4 Liga Ofl Veles" in 2018.
