Introduction

The Bov Priemier is an amateur football league in the town of Bov, Slovenia. It was founded in 1960 and currently consists of 12 teams. The league season runs from September to May, with each team playing each other once home and away. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to the Slovenian Third League, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Bov Second League.

The Bov Priemier was founded in 1960 by a group of local football enthusiasts. The league initially consisted of just six teams, but it has since grown to its current size of 12 teams. The league has been won by a variety of teams over the years, with NK Triglav Bov being the most successful team, having won the title 12 times.
