Bstoke

History

The Bstoke Amateur Football League was founded in 1970 by a group of local football enthusiasts. The league started with just a few teams, but it has grown steadily over the years. In 2023, the league has over 100 teams competing in a variety of divisions.

The league has a long history of producing talented players. Some of the players who have come through the Bstoke Amateur Football League include:

• Alan Shearer, who went on to play for Newcastle United, Blackburn Rovers, and England
• Michael Owen, who went on to play for Liverpool, Real Madrid, and Manchester United
• Frank Lampard, who went on to play for Chelsea, Manchester City, and England

Current season

The current season of the Bstoke Amateur Football League is the 2022-2023 season. The league is divided into four divisions: Premier Division, Division One, Division Two, and Division Three.

The current league champions are Basingstoke Town, who won the Premier Division title in 2022. The current cup winners are Basingstoke United, who won the League Cup in 2022.
