Introduction

The Central London League is an amateur football league based in London, England. It was founded in 1923 and currently has over 100 clubs playing in its various divisions.

The league is divided into four divisions: Premier, Division One, Division Two, and Division Three. Each division is further divided into a number of leagues, with each league playing a home and away fixture against each other team.

The league season runs from September to May, with the playoffs for the top teams taking place in May.

History

The Central London League was founded in 1923 by a group of amateur footballers who wanted to create a competitive league for teams in central London.

The league has grown steadily over the years and now has over 100 clubs playing in its various divisions.

The league has produced a number of professional footballers, including John Terry, Frank Lampard, and Rio Ferdinand.

Current Season

The current season of the Central London League is the 2022-2023 season.

The Premier Division is currently being led by Chelsea Old Boys, with Arsenal Supporters Club London Branch in second place.

The Division One title race is much closer, with Tottenham Hotspur Supporters Club and West Ham United Supporters Club currently tied for first place.
