Devon And Exeter Division 4 is an amateur football league in Devon, England. It is one of nine divisions in the Devon Football League, which is a regional league at step 7 of the National League System, or level 11 of the football pyramid.
The league was founded in 1966 and currently has 14 teams. The teams are divided into a home and away round robin format, with the top two teams at the end of the season promoted to Devon And Exeter Division 3 and the bottom two teams relegated to Devon And Exeter Division 5.
The 2022-23 season was won by Lapford, who finished the season with 70 points, one point ahead of second-placed Alphington. The bottom two teams, Elmore and Kentisbeare, were relegated to Devon And Exeter Division 5.
