History

The league was founded in 1972. The inaugural season had 10 teams. The league has grown steadily over the years and currently has 16 teams.

Format

The league is played in a single division. Each team plays each other team twice, once at home and once away. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to the East Anglian Sunday Football League. The bottom two teams are relegated to the Lowestoft and District Sunday League.
