The rules of walking football are similar to those of regular football, but with some modifications to make the game more accessible to older players.

  • Players must walk at all times, except when they are in possession of the ball.
  • There is no tackling.
  • The ball must be passed within three seconds of receiving it.
  • There are no throw-ins.
  • The goal area is smaller than a regular football goal.
